At Auréa, we ensure that all orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days for delivery, while express shipping offers faster delivery within 5–8 business days. Please note that shipping times begin when the package is dispatched and exclude customs clearance or processing delays. For made-to-order customized pieces, handling times are longer, as each piece is carefully hand-crafted by artisans, resulting in extended delivery times. In rare cases, delivery may take 16–20 business days due to unforeseen circumstances, but such delays are highly uncommon. During periods of high order volumes, there may be slight delays, and we will notify you promptly via email or phone if your shipment is significantly delayed.
To track your order, simply go to the 'Track Order' page on our website, which will redirect you to ParcelsApp. Alternatively, you can go directly to ParcelsApp and enter your tracking number there. While Auréa is not affiliated with ParcelsApp, many of our customers find it efficiently tracks our orders, providing an easy way to follow your order's journey to you. While we try to provide websites that do not have intrusive ads, we cannot always guarantee the websites will not update their platforms. For reference, you will never have to pay to track your order—just refrain from clicking on ads, popups, etc. Never pay someone to track your shipment; we are not affiliated with those services, and we do not profit from you tracking your order.
Please be aware that Auréa is not liable for incorrect shipping addresses provided at the time of order or for rejected deliveries. If an order is not delivered due to an incorrect address or if it is rejected, the responsibility lies with the customer.
Additionally, if a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the local logistic company that shipped the package.
